Application is online. Don't go to apply in store because they will respond rudely. The interview was very simple. About eight people in the room and they ask everyone a few questions while they look over the applications. I was hired the same day and started training the next day.

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
