Went to the stores customer serivce and asked for an application. I applied while they were hiring for the season. I was called and asked to come in for a group interview. There were about 10 of us there and they asked a few questions, and not everyone responded. We filled out some paperwork and then they let us go. I received a call back once they contacted everyones references and was offered a position.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
