First interview was group interview with store manager and customer service supervisor. Went around the table answering basic questions,"How do you feel about soliciting credit?" "What is your availability like?" "Give a time when you went above and beyond the call of duty in your job" etc.
Second interview was with Assistant Manager in charge of Human Resources with company. Asked more basic questions,"What company do you think has excellent customer service?" "How do you feel about..."
From there, I was offered a job, filled out paperwork.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
