Applied on Snagajob.com, got called 3 days later, group interview this morning.
I did my interview about 5 hours ago and it was a group setting. I was nervous at first but they made everyone really comfortable. I answered as best i could and even showed a bit of my personality. Filled out papers and we were told they would call within a week after our background checks cleared. Fingers crossed!!!!

If a customer asked you a question about a department you were not familiar with, how would you handle it?
Hard because i was last to answer and after hearing the same answer 5 times in a row i struggled to say something different.

Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
