I applied online. Took about an hr. Included an assessment of your personality and your ability to choose the best & worst ways to respond to a work situation.
Next day, I got an email to go to my online account to schedule my interview and received a confirmation email.
On the day of my interview, evrrything went well. Interviewer read questions from a packet and asked if I had questions.
Next day, I got an email to go onto my online account and accept the offer and agree to policies. A few days later, I got another email to go forward with a background check.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
