five minutes, two applicants, one assistant store manager. lasted about five minutes, care mostly we were above 18 to be able to work overnights/extended hours. omni is department for online fulfillment (sending out orders to houses- like a distribution center, and in store pick ups)
Asked regular job interview questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work there. Also asked a bit about how I would greet customers, handle problems with customers, etc.

I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem at work.
I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
