The interview was very casual. I was just asked one or two behavioral questions and one general question for instance, " Of all the retail stores out there, why do you want to work at Kohls?". Other than that it was mostly about availability on the weekends and holidays and willingness to learn.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
