I barely spoke. Store manager talked about the position and hired me because I could work nights and weekends. This was my backup job while looking for something full time so I really didn't care.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
