A manager called and asked me to arrive in afternoon for interview. We were seated in the training room in a group setting with the Store Manager and Home Manager. They went around telling us their experience and asked us to talk about ourselves. Then they posed a question and asked us to fill out a paper application and see the Assistant Manager in his office for further instructions. He concluded we would be called for training. I waited for weeks and had to follow up.
Asked regular job interview questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work there. Also asked a bit about how I would greet customers, handle problems with customers, etc.

I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem at work.
I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
