I participated in an on-site group interview with one other candidate. It was about 15-20 minutes long. They were eager to hire extra help for the holidays so the process was fairly smooth. Compared to other places I interviewed for seasonal retail, Kohl's was faster to get back to me at all stages and more willing to consider me despite some schedule restrictions on my part.

Was a relatively easy interview, they just tell you the duties and will probably hire you right after the interview. Super duper basic stuff that anyone could do you’ll just be sorting clothes unloading the truck and whatnot nothing that you can’t handle.

I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I signed up for a date and time and proceeded to wait. I logged in but no one showed up. The site kept cutting off because no one entered the interview platform. I never heard back from Kohl's.

It was a video interview and very short. Sounded promising but they emailed me that I did not get the job. I am very presentable and engaging. I did not understand why they wouldn't hire for a seasonal worker who shows up has reliable transportation an wants to work.
