I applied through university career fair. Got an email to schedule the first round interview and a link to an OA a day after. If passed, there will be a 3 hours long interview with 3 different engineers. 1 hour for each.

Went to career fair, got a call back 1.5 weeks later for an interview, was a 30 minute behavioral with a senior SWE with no leetcode/technicals. 2-3 weeks later, I got a phone call from HR confirming my offer
Recruited at a job fair and then contacted for a meeting over Google Meets. Chatted with a software engineer for thirty minutes about both behavioral and technical questions. Resume deep dive.
