They take you upstairs in a group and you're asked questions. If you stay quiet you're most likely won't be hired. You have to answer the questions and remember to stand out.

1st interview was a group interview, I honestly thought i was the worst out of the bunch, but I ended up being the only one from the group to get a call back.
Then the 2nd interview (7 days later) was a one on one with a manager.

I was sat down with a manger and asked a series of questions. We sat at a table and spoke using our mouths. The interview was easy, they asked questions about how you handle difficult situations and other work ethic stuff.
