During the process you think you’ll be getting the job you signed up for but in reality they do not give you that. You’re thrown into something you didn’t want to do but it just makes it worse when you think you’re applying for one specific position and in reality that isn’t going to happen.

Good, over the phone and the worker was kind and clear overall. Would have preferred in person. Questions were clear and relevant to the job and that made me feel like they would be focused at the job

They asked a lot of questions you would expect when applying for a management or customer service position. Including a time when I went above and beyond expectations and job requirements. They didn't fit very well considering it was just to stock the store. They also asked about customer interaction and how I would handle certain situations with customers--yet again, it was for a stock position and not customer service or sales.
