Checked in and went to where the break room was.. I was given a sheet of paper to fill in my availability and then asked to go to the assistant manager's office. (It was no a group interview for me) Once there I was asked simply questions such as have I ever opened up credit applications for individuals and am I comfortable asking customers to take surverys, etc. Overall, it was a quick and easy interview.. It only took about 10-15 minutes and I was informed id hear about their decision 24-48 hours later..

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
