Over the phone. Time for the interview came and passed, so I had to call the store. I was on hold, switched to someone else, on hold, and then switched to the interviewer; all the while, I was listening to terrible music. Cliche interview. Availability, asks for a scenario, can you work weekends. Promised a response within 24 hrs. 48hrs passed and nothing came.

It was over the phone, asked a few quick questions. They said to set aside an hour, but the actual interview lasted like 10 minutes. I was supposed to wait for a call, but after 15 minutes had passed after my scheduled time, I called the store and was connected with the manager who did my interview.
