Applied online. Interviewed online where they asked you 4 automated questions. If you pass that, they fly you to Milwaukee for the final interview which lasts from 8-2ish. They put you up in a great hotel the night before! Interview consists of 3 one on one interviews and a group case study. They really focus on how you interact with your group members and your ability to explain your reasoning.

Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.

It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
