I applied online and then received an offer for a phone interview a few days later. The interview was short and normal since it was over the phone it was less nerve wrecking. Some of the questions were odd, but it was also my first interview so I didn’t really know what was normal or not.

Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
