I applied online (one of the simplest online applications I have ever completed), and was called back for an interview via email. When I arrived at the store, I realized I would be participating in a group interview with about a dozen others. The questions were fairly straightforward, about previous experience, what-if scenario questions, and preferences for employment with Kohl's (availability, where we would like to work in the store, etc.). The two managers interviewing seemed very nice/friendly. I received an email about a week later saying I was accepted.

Applied online and got an email the next day with a link to schedule an interview. Scheduled it for a few days later. Dressed business casual, arrived 15 minutes early. Ended up being a group interview but there was only two of us. Filled out availability sheet. Easy normal questions, friendly manager, relaxed atmosphere. At the end, both of us were taken back separately to finish with one on one. He basically just went over availability, wages, and which department I would prefer to work in. Was told I'd hear back if hired within 24 to 72 hours. Got an email probably around 48 hours later with an offer, I accepted and filled out the necessary paperwork (online). They will contact me after running a routine background check, currently waiting on this step.
