Selection of initial Candidates was done via Career Fair in respective Universities. The first round a web based with generic questions, about fitting with the company and work experience in the software field.
Final round was onsite, and two teams of Software Engineers/Managers interviewed each candidate.
Results come out a week later.

Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter in the company for a short chat. That went well, so we waited until after the holidays to schedule the next step; a technical interview with 3 senior engineers. Each asked their own questions, and then the engineer within my discipline took me through a technical exercise of reviewing code. I thought I did well enough for my level, and had a pleasant time talking with the interviewers. However, I did not receive any feedback. I reached out via email a week later to both the coordinator and recruiter: no response. Got the automated rejection two weeks later. Please at least be courteous and give an update on the process.

Phone screen, then interview with hiring manager where they talked about their team structure and asked questions about my experience. I recommend studying the book Clean Code. The interview was like a book report
