This is a very overly simplistic interview process, they ask you about availability and ability to learn. Not much of the STAR method is applied here. I was asked whether or not I can handle lifting 50 pounds and other physical questions as well.

Interview is incredibly short, they will ask you questions about how to deal with difficult customers/frustrations, how organized you are, a short fill out quiz that has very obvious answers, and finally they will have you fill out your availability in a sheet.
