It was straight forward with questions that were specific to the role and responsibilities. Explain your background, why Kohl's, experience with reporting, etc. No questions were too challenging as long as you have the right experience!

the interview process took some time three rounds and I spoke with different heads of marketing, they were all really nice. there was about a 2 week interval between interviews, and then it may have been a month before hearing from them for final decisions.
