My interview for a Beauty Advisor position was pretty quick and laid back. I was asked maybe 3-4 typical interview questions (tell me about yourself, customer service experience, makeup/beauty knowledge) and another about scheduling. Interviewer acted like I had the job but I never heard from them again.

Quick, straightforward interview with friendly staff. Questions were easy and focused on customer service, availability, and basic beauty knowledge. The relaxed, supportive atmosphere made the entire process simple, smooth, and stress-free.

I applied online, and the next day, I received an email from Kohl's, which allowed me to select an interview day/time, which I did. However, the night before the interview, overnight (around 1am), I received an automated email stating that the interview (scheduled for later that day) was canceled.
