very slow and drawn out process...phone screen with head hunter, phone screen with ADP, phone screen with director, personality screening tools, flew in for first face to face with director and 3 others who report to that director, flew for second interview, 6 hours of psychologist interview and more screening tools, offer, then hire. Process took 3.5 months and had many extended gaps with zero contact. Some experience a process that goes on for 5 months.
