The first piece was a phone screen. She did not seem engaged and did not ask anything about me. It was very basic and unengaging. They did not seem interested and I was curious why the phone screen was initially set up.

Slow process. There was a lot of waiting for next steps and teams to review. There are multiple interviews as well as a test. Starting with hiring manager, the a couple teammates and the final is the manager of the hiring manager.
