Easy video interview, they ask you questions such as "what would you do if you went to a class and there was no lesson plan or instructions?". Then asks about yourself and pretty much hires you right then.

The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
