The interview process was quick. It felt like a normal conversation, asked any qualifications/education, ages I'm comfortable with, history of being a substitute, and what made me feel I'd be up to the task of fulfilling the job. I didn't feel any pressure or judgement at all. I had no idea what to say or do since this job fit with my needs as a mom. They told me what to expect and the process to full be on board was simple and quick.

The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
