They approached for 2 different positions: one was about sales one was about product. No job post was shared. First had an interview with HRBP and then dept lead for Sales. After that no one ever reached me about the process although the department lead said they will let me know in a week. I am expecting a well-managed ethical company who approached me and took 2 hrs of me to let me know about whatever decision they make. Should also add that I had been approached by this company at the beginning of the year, they asked my CV and phone number and disappeared again. Hiring process shows a lot about the company.
