Coordinator sent initial email to schedule conversation with 2 hour heads up. Separate calls with co-founder and GTM. Questions were repetitive between 2 convos. Then requested to do 4 part take home, clear it was extractive process. 6 “finalists” were asked to perform task with 2 candidate to be asked to come onsite for mock work day (said to be paid). Unfortunate they don’t have mentorship on how to move through hiring as I will those they engage with are in the industry they want to navigate through. Would not recommend the company after this experience.
