Phone screen, portfolio presentation, design challenge, meeting w co founder. The people were cool and seemed to like their work a lot but the interview process needs some work. During my phone screening the recruiter was reading off a script which was weird but then during the portfolio presentation the two designers I spoke with were great and super engaged. The design challenge is hard and set up to not give you enough time, I got the sense that there was a much larger focus on final product UI than UX process which for me is a red flag but depends on the designer. Also they pay less then similar companies, Overall cool and probably talented people but they’re doing too much in their interview process and paying too little.

The first round with Konrad was very simple and conversational easy and I connected well with the recruiter, I am now waiting to hear back from them- i have heard only good things about them
