Technical Interview - Whiteboarding challenge and redesign challenge + presentation (3.5 hours) 4. Discussion with person in leadership I found the 3.5-hour technical interview challenging because it was unclear what they were looking for, as their answers were quite vague. Additionally, they don't provide any feedback if you don't advance to the next round.
