Extremely disorganized process. Seems like the team at Konrad has no communication with each other. Got a call from HR for an initial screening, which was pretty basic. Second round was with someone from management but ended up being a very technical interview when they said it was going to be behavioural. Would not recommend....

First you have to fill out an online application with a cover letter, and then someone from HR will reach out to you for an initial screening interview. From there, you speak to other members of the team.

Three rounds, two behavioral one case interview. Overall process takes a long time, the case study takes 3 hours to complete and an hour for the presentation. All interviews are done in their downtown office.

Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
