The interview process was quick. It started off with a 20-minute call with HR, two back-to-back interviews with team members, and a design challenge. The questions were pretty straightforward and they were not typical case questions like other consulting jobs

Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
