It's a long process. The first round is a general phone interview with an HR member which is very standard and straight forward. The second one, they invite you into the office for a meeting with a hiring manager where they ask behavioural questions and a very random market sizing question. While I didn't get there, the third round apparently requires the candidate to come up with a solution product for a problem case scenario within 2 hours and then present it to a panel. A lot of work before you even know whether you got hired or not

Three rounds, two behavioral one case interview. Overall process takes a long time, the case study takes 3 hours to complete and an hour for the presentation. All interviews are done in their downtown office.

Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
