First, the company begins with a screening call, where you are asked questions and are told about the company. Then, you will be given a take-home assessment, where you are required to do several tasks in a provided sample project. The strangest thing is that interviewees will receive a portion of the assessment that requires them to do data analytics in excel sheets. It's a very strange and drawn-out portion of the process. Afterwards, you will be called for a lengthy interview process with members of several departments before receiving an offer. It's a process that takes very long without giving a good overview of either the applicant or the company. It explains why the turnover rate is quite high.

It was a batch interview with 3 other people with me looking to apply for the job, The interview was divided into 2 phases: an assessment test, and then the actual one on one interview. The assessment test required us to answer pretty simple Coding exams, requiring us to answer them on a google doc provided by them. We are also told to not rely on any external software like IDEs or Compilers to write our programs.
