There were 4 rounds . Initial 3 rounds with Avps and 4th round is with VP.
As per JD, they needed a Sr Manager with some hands-on , to get hands dirty with tech as in when needed.
First 3 rounds were OK , with scenario-based questions.
After 3 technical rounds , in VP round, I thought it will be managirial round, But Vp was also expecting technical answers. There were no counter questions.
Vp said this is JD , I explained things on highlevel. But no counter question or he asked me to go deeper.
Finally the feedback I was not going in detail.
I ask one simple question what were the details mentioned 1st 3 rounds. I thought He is VP would not be interested in technical details. He should set the expectation at the begining.
