I applied online, got someone emailing me to share availability for interview and then they vanished into thin air. No response at all after chasers. I’ll avoid them for any future applications as this is pathetic candidate experience.

I had a initial conversation with the recruiter in Dallas. She moved me forward to a video interview with the actual hiring manager. Then things started to go down hill with a lapse in updates on my candidacy. It took this discombated organization 3 to 4 weeks to move forward with a final interview with the Head of Practice located in Toronto. It has been a week 1/2 now as I havent heard any updates on interview feedback. This practice of Korn Ferry needs to be reevaluated by executive level individuals. There definitely seems to be something wrong internally. I wouldn't recommend being a technology recruiter nor a recruiter in general for the Korn Ferry IT practice.
