Very clear cut and detail oriented process, 4 Rounds in total - Round 1 - Pre-screening and call with TA/Recruiter, Round 2 - Hiring Manager, Round 3 - Peer Interview, Round 4 - Senior Leader at same level as Hiring Manager.
