Phone interview - basic screening call for both parties. Questions were general in nature. There was no script followed by the interviewer. Most of the call was spent with the interviewer pitching the position.

Basic preliminary phone interview to gauge interest for CFO position.
They were the recruiting firm for a job I applied for and did the first interview. The interview was less than a half hour and simple background questions. They did pass along my name for the next step in the interview process.
Not very good experience, the interview was on Zoom with 3 people. They asked me questions about my CV and later there was a test. I had to share my screen and go through it. I was so nervous thinking everyone was seeing what I was doing I couldn't concentrate. They never tried to sell the role to me
