Spoke to about 4-5 Partners. I think they were checking to see which Partner wanted to work with me. I interfaced with a lady that moderated interviews with the Partners. She was not very helpful and seemed to undervalue my experience. She also lowballed me on salary. I respectfully declined further interviews, but was asked to be pulled back in because one of the Partners liked me. I ended up taking another job.

What kinds of searches have you worked on? What is your approach?
It was a good process, went pretty smoothly. I met the TA, then the department heads and had to go through the assessment. It was over 3 weeks to offer stage.

Three step process, interviewed with three senior client partner. KF4D assessment to review traits and drivers. After review of assessment an offer quick to follow. Overall the process was thorough and smooth.
