After applying, the recruiter reached out to me with some pre-interview accounting/excel questions which take some time to complete. Depending on how well you did on the questions, you’ll (maybe) get a 30 min first-round interview with her. The second round of interview was with the controller, which was 30 mins on Teams. The third round was in person with 4 people in the accounting/finance department, around 45 mins EACH with those 4 interviewers. My interview went on for about 3.5 hours IN PERSON. Because the “big boss” of the department was out of town that day, I had an additional 30 min interview with him on Teams. Because this was a 3 week (almost a month) interview process with 4 rounds of interview and received positive feedbacks from everybody, I was hopeful that I had a good chance of getting an offer. However, over a week of no response later, I had reached out to the recruiter just to be met with an unsympathetic automated rejection letter. I will not recommend applying to this place and I have dodged a bullet by getting rejected.
