Poor communication from HR. Let me proceed with a half day full of interviews while knowing that they couldn't meet my demands regarding work schedule. The interviews with managers and employees went well, but seemingly not everyone was on the same page. I could have saved 2.5 hours on the road and not done the interview, saving everyone time, had expectations been clear. New VP instituting policy of everyone spending more time in the office not help their cause.
