On-campus recruiting. 1st cut from resume drops and after there was a dinner to explain the position more before interviews. Final round they fly you to Chicago at their HQ to interview and you find out couple weeks later about the decision.

It started with an initial phone call over a year before I would start. Then we had constant email communication with the recruiter over the summer. The fall of my senior year I had two more interviews over the phone. The final interview, I was flown to Chicago to for two days. I found out a week later I was offered.
