After submitting my CV, I was invited to take an intelligence test (Pymetrics test). The test itself was a pleasant experience, and afterwards, I received detailed feedback on my strengths. I was then invited to participate in an online interview and meet a trainee. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Got kicked out after pymetrics games and cv check. You had to send in cv, give your gpa and then do the 12 most standard pymetrics games, they can be found online
One-sided interview where I receive the questions from other trainees and I have to respond myself.
First had to do an assessment where they test with several different options of questions how I react or how I respond to things and then it gives you immediate feedback about n why they tested and the score you get. It was quite a long assignment but it was entertaining. Then got invited to the one sided interview
