Don't believe a word. If you choose to work for this guy, do so as a contractor so he can't dictate your job. Have a set period in the contract so he doesn't fire you three weeks later for absolutely no reason (standard practice at this company). Watch your back. He's watching you with cameras EVERYWHERE.
