Throughout the entire process, I had full availability and support from the talent acquisition lead (Clara), along with clear and timely information about each next step. From start to finish, all Kraken employees I interacted with were friendly, transparent, and genuinely open about what working life at Kraken is like, my future team dynamics and what would be my responsibilities. After going through several hiring processes with other tech companies, Kraken's really stood out. This time it felt like a human interaction and well thought, not rushed or mass-produced like many others.

Interview process was honestly one of the best I've had. Great initial screening call followed up with clear next steps outlining the rest of the application process. That included 3 more interviews: a follow-up, case study presentation & final round interview. Everyone was very friendly, supportive and flexible on timelines considering I had another opportunity in hand with a response deadline.
