The interview process was very personal and I was supported throughout the whole process. Although there were a number of interviews, this just points to the robust nature of the process, which is fitting of a leading employer like Kraken. I met some amazing people during the process and had plenty of time to develop an initial relationship, to give me confidence that I was joining a company with the right culture for me too. I selected 'difficult' as the level of difficulty for the interview process. Not because it was too difficult but because you need to be serious about wanting a job at Kraken and want to commit to putting the effort into the entire process.
