Applied on 10 Sept. A few days later I had the first stage interview. A few more days later I got a test to do at home for a few hours based on a design. I finished the test after a few more days and sent it, but from this moment the communication with the recruiter was extremely slow, being ghosted for weeks. The test was not accepted as a public git repo, even if I was asked to add it to git, and it was not specified to be private. I finished the test and sent it as a public repo. I was asked to make it private but without a collaborator to add to it. It took weeks to get the collaborator details. After a month and a half I got a superficial feedback on the test and I have been told that is not of a senior level because of things that would have took a longer to build and I considered unnecessary for that test, as I wanted to keep things simple and only to cover what it was requested.
