First interview with HR, then technical interview. No feedback, even though requested. It seemed like they were just interviewing candidates to show that they had conducted a real selection process.

Phone interview, was very informal and didnt seem to value the process, overall though the process was very simple and easily set up, nothing major stood out. Did not work out in the end.
