I applied through a job agency who arranged an in person interview. The interview was about 2 hours which I met almost all of the team I was working with (5 people in total) and was given a tour of the facility - was then told I would hear their decision by the beginning of the following week. Had an email from HR 3 days later asking to complete a small test in 30mins (not long enough in my opinion but they let me work on it longer). Did not hear anything then until the following week after the week they said they would contact me (so a week late getting back to me) with their decision to take me on.
