Found the company through campus recruiting. Representatives were very enthusiastic and inviting. I began with a one on one interview on campus that consisted of questions about leadership, accomplishments, behavior, etc. Was later invited to the "KM Experience", a day long event on site filled with introductions, tours, critical thinking and problem solving activities, lunch with a director, and much more. It was extremely comfortable and provided a great understanding of the company and culture all while testing my skills and character through various activities.
